Annabel has been teaching yoga since 2003. Her teachings are based on hatha yoga and incorporate mindfulness and personal development. She makes yoga enjoyable and accessible for all.
During these days you will unwind, settle the mind and relax the body. This retreat is suitable for all levels of physical ability and yoga experience; beginners welcome.
