Annabel has been teaching yoga since 2003. Her teachings are based on hatha yoga and incorporate mindfulness and personal development. She makes yoga enjoyable and accessible for all.

Her intention is that during these days you will unwind, settle the mind, relax the body and have fun in the process. This retreat is suitable for all levels of physical ability and yoga experience.

Sessions are tailored to meet the needs of each individual, whether they are a beginner or a yoga teacher.

*  The weekend will be alcohol-free and vegetarian to promote our wellbeing, rest and replenishment.

We can cater for special dietary requirements if given advanced notice.

**  For the retreats in October 2023 & October 2024, the weather was still so summery that we were able to use the pool and feel like we were abroad. We have our fingers crossed for this October. As you know the British weather is very unreliable so please assume that the pool and tennis won't be available. Instead we'll be able to enjoy the fire places around the house.
