Annabel has been teaching yoga since 2003. Her teachings are based on hatha yoga and incorporate mindfulness and personal development. She makes yoga enjoyable and accessible for all.

During these days you will unwind, settle the mind and relax the body. This retreat is suitable for all levels of physical ability and yoga experience; beginners welcome.

Retreat cost includes:

- 8 yoga/personal development sessions

- Accommodation for 2 nights

- All meals, snacks & drinks*

- Outdoor heated swimming pool

- Squash court and lawn tennis court

- Plenty of time to rest, walk and get a massage

- Join in as much or as little as you want

Take a few days for your wellbeing: unwind, settle your mind, and relax your body at our exclusive retreat venue. Each day there will be some yoga as well as the opportunity to make the most of the heated outdoor pool, lawn tennis, squash court, the beautiful gardens, not to mention enjoying the delicious food, marvellous massages, good company and the wonderful Northfields House in Sussex.

Cost per person:

~ £410 twin or double with shared bathroom

~ £460 double, twin or triple ensuite room

~ £510 single room with bathroom on the corridor

~ £545 single ensuite room

Additional £65 per person to stay the optional 3rd night until 10am Monday 16th May 2022

This includes accommodation, 2x additional yoga sessions, Sunday supper, Monday breakfast and even more leisure time in good company.

In between yoga sessions, enjoy some time to yourself with a range of laisure activities such as:

            - massages

            - outdoor pool

            - lawn tennis

            - walking

and getting to know other lovely people
